Operations
Production planning, job work, dispatch, gate entry and the daily registers your supervisors maintain.
When the workbook stops coping and the off-the-shelf product would mean changing how you operate, the remaining option is software built to your process. That is most of what we do.
Every business we build for already has a system. It is usually a mix of registers, spreadsheets and one person who remembers the exceptions. That system holds years of operational knowledge, and it is the reason a generic product so often fails here.
We map what exists, keep the parts that work, and put the rest on rails: validation at the point of entry, approvals that route themselves, and reporting that agrees with the physical reality on the floor.
Production planning, job work, dispatch, gate entry and the daily registers your supervisors maintain.
Indent to issue, reorder levels, batch and lot traceability, consumption history that matches the stores.
Test records, batch documentation, deviation handling and the evidence an assessor asks to see.
Costing, billing and the exports your accounting package needs, without duplicate entry.
What the plant head, the QA manager and the director each need on one screen, not one report for everyone.
Barcode scanning, offline-first capture and tablet screens for the people away from a desk.
We sit with the people doing the work and write down the process as it actually runs. You keep that document either way.
A working prototype of the screens that matter most, plus a costed scope. If it does not convince your team, nothing further gets built.
Delivery in the order that relieves the most pain first, with your existing systems running throughout.
Data migration, role setup and hands-on training for the staff who will use it daily.
Thirty days of stabilisation, then a maintenance or growth retainer handled by the same engineers.
Discovery runs one to two weeks. A working prototype of the two or three screens that matter most follows within three to four weeks. A first live module is typically eight to twelve weeks from the start, depending on how much data has to be migrated.
No. Modules go live one at a time and your existing process keeps running underneath until each one has proved itself. We have never asked a client for a hard cutover across the whole business.
You do, from the first commit. The repository, database schema and deployment notes are yours, and we hand them over whether or not the engagement continues.
That is the intention. We write code in mainstream frameworks your team can hire for, document the decisions, and run a handover session when you are ready.
Your choice. We deploy to your own servers, your cloud account, or hosting we manage. Nothing in the build ties you to us as a host.
Corporate sites, customer portals and internal web apps that load fast and rank well.
